Welcome to Votesane’s Insanely Cool Contest
We welcome you to Votesane.com, the new, nonpartisan political portal that is revolutionizing the way people participate in the democratic process. If you haven't already, now is the time to sign up to follow @Votesane on Twitter. Why? Because today we launch a contest where you can win an insanely cool, 2-night stay at the 5-Diamond Nemacolin Woodlands Resort located in Pennsylvania (complete rules follow below).  In the process, you’ll learn more about how to get involved and be heard—all in a few clicks of the mouse. Now, that’s democracy in action.

ENTRY:   No purchase necessary to enter or win.  To enter the contest, you must follow @Votesane and tweet up to once a day  “Follow @votesane & @tweetswin, then R/T this to win 2 night stay at Nemacolin Woodlands http://tweetsw.in/385/ #contest” — multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. 

ELIGIBILITY:  Employees and contractors (and their families) of Votesane PAC or any of its affiliates are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law. 

PRIZE:  One prize will be given out for a 2-night stay for two at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, an experience as unique as Votesane. Prize only includes cost of 2-room nights including taxes. Transportation, meals and gratuities not included. Prize selection is at the discretion of Votesane.com management. 

WINNER SELECTION:  The contest runs between midnight August 9 and midnight on August 20, 2010. A person selected from a random drawing of the Votesane followers who have tweeted/retweeted:   “Follow @votesane & @tweetswin, then R/T this to win 2 night stay at Nemacolin Woodlands http://tweetsw.in/385/ #contest”.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be announced via Votesane’s Twitter feed, identified by the winner’s Twitter handle. The winner is required to contact Votesane via Twitter direct message to provide contact information (full name, email address, and mailing address). The winner has until midnight ET on August 22, 2010 to claim his/her prize; if the prize goes unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected.   

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The winners may be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 14 days of notification.   Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  By acceptance of the prize, the winners consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Chateau Lafayette suites, Chateau Club Level and The Lodge Suites are not eligible for this contest. Subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply.

USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: Votesane reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.    

CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  Votesane in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Votesane is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Votesane may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.  Entrants further agree to release Votesane from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
